Exercise

So you've "blasted your quads" and your aerobics instructor has told you how great you look lately. You smile and nod knowing that if you take another step you just might collapse. Exercise makes you feel great, especially in the long run when your confidence and body is in peak form. But the short-term effects can be downright punishing.

It's important to have strict fitness goals and to work hard building strength and endurance, but it is just as important (if not more so) to allow those muscles to rest and recover. Spa treatment can help you - both physically and mentally - recover and from the physical and emotional stresses of your daily life.

Rest, relax and recover. Take time out and let your body repair itself. The spa's warm water reduces impact, reduces pain and stiffness, improves mobility and balance, and tones and strengthens muscles. It makes sense that warm water can bring comfort to all kinds of muscle pain.

So give your body the proper treatment it needs. You'll feel better, you'll have more energy, and you'll want to exercise more often.
